Can anyone tell what siRNA is? :(

siRNA(Small interfering RNA) are a class of 20-25 nucleotide-long RNA molecules that interfere with the expression of genes.

1. siRNA activate RISC(RNA induced silencing complex).
2.RISC binds to complementary transcript by base pairing between siRNA and mRNA.
3. mRNA is cleaved(degradation)=>gene silencing

Is there any different between siRNA and RNA antisense in molecule mechanism?
