Type of Spider ? Plese help

I am trying to find out what type of spider this is. I am killing at least two of these a night. I have young children and in case they get bit, I need to know what I am dealing with. Any information would be gladly appreciated[/b].

With the weird angle and the flash whitening, it's hard to see them well.
