Aberrations in replication of e.coli?

I've looked everywhere, and can't find anything to help me out on this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Suggest the possible cause of each of the following aberrations during replication in E. coli:
1. Accumulation of Okazaki fragments.
2. The presence of RNA in newly synthesized DNA strand.
3. Many mismatched base pairs.
4. DNA replication does not initiate.

1. what joins Okazaki fragments?
2. how are the primers replaced?
3. how are the mismatches repaired?
4. how does the DNA replication initiate?

If you can answer all these questions (and I guess you should be able to do so), then you know the answers
