different and similarities between peroxidase and catalase

Postby dewgirl22 on Mon Jul 25, 2005 5:32 pm

can anyone help me understand the differences and similarities between the two and why they have different activity profiles when they catalyze the same reaction, like why do they have different optimal conditions in terms of temperature and pH?
