Help needed to identify plant please!

Postby Jools41 » Tue Jan 25, 2011 10:00 am

Hi,

I have been trying to identify the plant in the photo with the red, fluffy spiked flowers...can anyone help please?
The photo was taken in the UK at the end of August/beginning of September.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes i agree with walela 12 that plant could be the member of familiy : Amaranthaceae, about the species, i am not sure, may be Cellocia spp
