rectal bleeding caused???

i'm suffering from rectal bleeding frm recent time. does sitting for long hrs is the possible reason? i'm 22 yrs old. medico.... so plz tell me if i need to worry n consult a doc. or is this ok n i can wait for some time to notice the further changes?

This could be many things, including colorectal cancer, so you don't want to ignore it, or get reassurance that all is fine from faceless folk on the internet.
