Hi my dear friends

All of us know that the study of the morphology of the microorganisms enhance our understanding on the microbiology. and if we need to study the morphology the best way is to examine the sample under the electron microscope, but to use the EM first we should prefix the sample with certain solutions and reagents and the post-fix the sample and cover it with then layer of gold. this is a very short explanation about the aim of the use SEM.

my question is, How we can prepare a bacterial sample in order to examine it under the Electron microscope?
If anyone knows how please just reply or if anyone has papers or articles pleas just put the link(S).
