Does anyone know wat a physiological assay is or how to perform one? Thanks

probably depends on what are you measuring :roll: like activity of enzymes, expression of some gene(s), whatsoever...

I would imagine measurement at physiological conditions (i.e. 37°C, pH around 7 etc, no inhibitors, no activators etc)

Cis or trans? That's what matters.
