I want to find active site of protein....for that which online or offline software is available & which should i use....
pls give software name...or any information u have....

resolve the structure with your substrate (or rather some analogue) ;) :-P

Otherwise you can use some reactive agents blocking amino acids in the active side followed by directed mutagenesis.
The other possibility is homology modelling of your protein. Or even de novo modelling ;)

Cis or trans? That's what matters.
