Isothermal mRNA amplification on solid state?

Hi Everyone

I’m currently work on cancer cell mutation analysis. I’m going to amplify the mRNA for further research. I need an amplification techniques that can amplify mRNA in iso-thermal condition,primer attached on the solid surface. Are there anyone else know about that techniques?

I also take a look at RCA and RAM but it seems unsatify my purpose because i need to amplify the mRNA not amplify the signal. I hope to receive your advices soon.
