Differences between proks and euks in transcrip/transl?

Does anyone know a really good website, or even just have a list of the major differences between proks and euks in transcription and translation?

My book and my teacher's notes have them all mixed together. It would help me a lot if I could look at the differences for each step of transcription and translation.
