proteinase inhibitor IIModerator: BioTeam
1 post • Page 1 of 1
proteinase inhibitor IIHi,
I'm doing a little research for a paper I'm writing on the proteinase inhibitor II (Pin2) gene found in Solanum lycopersicum (tomato plant). So far, I've uncovered various studies, most are much to involved for what I need. I’m looking for something that that specifically explains the relationship between the proteinase inhibitor II (PIN2) and the tomato plant. For example, how and why it helps protect the plant. I haven’t been able to uncover anything in google that explains the defensive role the gene plays in the plants survival. I hope this makes sense. Any practical suggestions would be very helpful, Thanks
