Mobile phone applications.

My question is this - do students see their mobile phones as a tool for learning? I've browsed the Android Market and the Apple App Store and I've seen a fair few applications, some paid, some free, that are study aids in various areas of the sciences. But does anybody on this site use them, and if so which are the best ones?
