Plant or Weed? Can anyone tell me?

This plant or weed just came up in my flowerbed. It is kind of pretty but I don't know what it is. Can anyone tell me? It has been growing less than a month and is over 8 ft tall. The leaves and the flowers close up at night. Should I pull this thing up or what? Thanks, Renee

Do you mean Canola?
The leaves do not match. Not that I have any other proposition to make. If the Original poster could also give an idea of her/his geographical location, it might help.
