What are some good dieting tips and foods? It has been three months since I had my son. I am now ready to get committed and lose the weight. I am a sahm. I am looking for easy meals and great dieting tips. Also any workouts that can be done at home and will show results would be great too. Thanks.

Small portions, but frequent times of eating (2-3 hours) to keep your strength up to keep up with the baby. Take naps when he does, and find a video that has a mom and baby routine on it (yoga, pilates, etc.) or find a nearby class that has that.
From experience, start out slowly, and never do so much exercise that it weakens you from taking care of the baby (these are the precious times that imprint on him and you so much. You are establishing the world as he will see it). And eating fresh and healthy foods now, will establish a good eating habits for him to develop. I had so much fun making organic baby foods for my kids, and I decided to do that for myself too. Increases in eating the foods you let your baby eat (fruits and veggies) will help in letting loose the post baby fat.
