What is this animal?Hello
What is this animal please? Thank you. ![]()
seems like someturtle without the shell (not the correct word, but I don't know, how is it called in English).
Anyway, did you see it somewhere or found on internet? http://www.biolib.cz/en/main/
Cis or trans? That's what matters.

It is a Cantor's giant soft-shelled turtle (Pelochelys cantorii) This peculiar-looking species named Cantor's Giant Soft-shelled Turtle is a species of fresh water turtle that has a broad head and small eyes close to the tip of its snout. It can grow up to 6 feet (about 2 meters) in length and weigh more than 100 pounds (about 50 kilograms). The unusual turtle spends 95% of its life buried and motionless, with only its eyes and mouth protruding from the sand. It surfaces only twice a day to take a breath.
Sorry i cheated on this one, it is a very interesting looking species link here http://irfanrasyid.blogspot.com/2010/05 ... es-in.html for some more weird and wonderful Turtles. Stu
