H2O +Food ---> ZygoteWhat are ways f00d and H-2-O -from- external bod-y ente-r a cell- in the zygote?
Re: H2O +Food ---> ZygoteYah sorry i thought id be creative.. W00t!
well anyways i was just wondering.. and what about the placenta.. like what is the pathway of food + oxygen to get to the cells in a egg.. Im soo stressed for exams! well gud luck to all you foloks w/exams this week!
Re: H2O +Food ---> Zygote
well i see where you were getting at with the placenta, but i forgot to put in the question from outside the body, like how does it travel to the cell in a egg from outside the body thanks 4 your help btw!
If the zygote is not from a placental mammal, then it is the egg yolk that supplies the nutrients to the fertilized egg.
But actually nutrients for the zygote is all contained in the fertilized egg cell till the blastocyst stage (the cell is just being divided into individual cells - DNA duplication and cytokinesis). Upon gastrulation, then development needs to have external nutrients.
Re: H2O +Food ---> Zygoteoh no i am talking about a placental animal, but it (food and oxygen) would pass through (from outside the body) to reach a cell in a egg. the process it goes to. like for example (this is totally false btw):
we swallow oxygen through our mouths it travels down our esophagus and it reahes the heart.. something like that but i have no idea how the respitory system works exactly so this is the reason i am here
Re: H2O +Food ---> ZygoteThank you soo much!
