What kind of insect is this?

Hi all, I'm new to this forum so first of all I would like to introduce myself. My name is Dario Đurić, 23 years old and I come from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Strange thing happened last night when I came home. I walk into my apartment and there I see a strange and formidable creature hanging on the wall. I have never seen this species in my entire life, I think I have only seen it on television when there was documentary about jungle creatures and stuff. So to cut the story short, I want to know if anyone can tell me what kind od species is this, is it toxic or something? I don't know about you but it's not pleasent to sleep at night knowing that there is something like this lurking inside your home.

House centipede. Creepy but harmless, feed on insects.

As said above it is a house centipede. Most people misidentify it as a silverfish, which is actually a type of beetle.
