semester long projects any suggestions????

hi
i want to do a semester long project in biology during the fall sem but i can't up with any ideas. can anybody help me out here?

well, this seems, that you can do whatever you want. But you should probably first contact some person at your school and ask what are they doing and whether you could join ;)

ya thats what i think but i dont think they will allow me to do anything much since i have just had 3 full lab courses and most were just titrations and cultures and such. i mean most of this stuff is used by people doing their phd. i wanted to do a project in bio chem related to drug interactions in metabolic pathways. any suggestions? i have to come up with an abstract for the board to review and allow me to do the project.

of course you won't use all that stuff since the beginning. But it's still better to talk first to someone, who could be your advisor and s/he will suggest some topics related to his/her research ;)
