Question about an Arabidopsis T-DNA insertion

Postby highyms » Mon May 03, 2010 2:10 am

Hi, colleagues,
We bought an an Arabidopsis T-DNA insertion line from SALK and found the seeds are all heterozygote of our interesting gene.
However, we find that the offsprings of this Arabidopsis T-DNA heterozygote line are all heterozygotes, no Wild-type and homozygotes?

Why?

Thnaks a lot,
