Finding the amount of energy in a certain food question

Postby yeah » Tue Apr 27, 2010 9:17 pm

P.S. For those concerned, this is not homework. I have to study at home, with the help of various textbooks - I have no teacher to guide me through the process. This is a question that I have been struggling with for a while - I would be extremely grateful to the person that could explain this question to me step-by-step in his/her answer.

I'm glad there is the part c, as I wished to write, what bad experiment it is.
Of course, you will lose energy, as you do nt have it isolated, so you should use some thermometer or how is it called...
Regarding e), look for what they mostly contain (saccharides, lipids, proteins)

Cis or trans? That's what matters.
