multilocus testing

Postby zaz182 » Tue Jul 12, 2005 2:32 pm

Hello. I was just wondering if anyone could explain the term multilocus in regards to testing and E. coli O157:H7. Is this a good test to determine identity? What exactly does the test involve? Thanks.

Well, I made a search on google but I don't know which link will be useful for you, as I don't know much about the subject.
