How do succulent leaves work?Hi,
I've got a 2-3 page essay to write for A-level Biology about Xerophytes for a particuarly hard-to-please teacher. I'm trying to be as detailed as possible (to avoid being screamed at again along with the rest of the class) but this is being tougher than I thought. I've tried numerous searches to try and find something on the structure of succulent leaves and stems and how they work, but nothing promising has come up... So, is there anyone here that could help me? I'm assuming that the structures are somewhat different to a regular leaf or stem, but i'm begining to wonder if it's the same just a whole lot fatter. Any help is appreciated!
