Bootstrap values for phylogentic trees

Postby microsat » Mon Dec 21, 2009 7:17 am

i have used NYSYS for constructing the phylogentic tree for my RAPD data. While using the same data for bootstrap analysis by Winboot, i could get the boot strap values of the variables only and not for the samples. Do anyone have experience in handling both the softwares?
