doess it really matter where you are? i mean isnt the immune system all about genetic formation?
No one can win at war. if either side loses a man for thier own, then that immediatly make them the killers of the innocent. we are too destructive to save ourselves. we are our own version of chaos theory without the mathimatical equations.

When you exercise your muscles require more energy. The rate of respiration in your muscles increases releasing energy - much of the enrgy is used to move muscles but some is 'lost' as heat - so you warm up. If you exercise enough so much heat is generated that your body responds and tries to cool you down by sweating etc. Dougal

okay sorry for comoing back to this thread so late. but somehow i never knew of soooo many new posts. anyways.
what i mean by cold is cold and cough. the viral infection. it isn't what you do that matters but it is how you do it
