Go down to where the Heading says Diagnostic Uses:

it even has the conversion for you to use: g/dL into mmole/L. just have to find out the volume of a red blood cell. Wow, found it for you:

look under the Heading Human Erythrocyte, and use the normal volume value to calculate it out.
