How would an occlusion in a coronary artery affect blood flow to the surrounding tissues?

An occlusion means that something has blocked the artery completely (could be a clot, a bubble, or other kind of embolus). Blockage means blood doesn't flow any longer in that direction, which means that blood doesn't get to those tissues, which means that they don't get the vital nutrients to live and work, which means they start dying, which means "Call 911!".

It could lead onto blood clots which then lead onto heart attacks. This may happen due to the lack of oxygen and the build up of blood.

And if the same thing happens in the brain, you get a stroke, in the lungs, you get pulmonar edema...
