How does the lymph move? What makes the lymph move? I assume it doesn't have a muscle that pumps it, like the heart for the blood, so how can it circulate?

It doesn't circulate, it's a one-way drainage system. There doesn't seem to be a direct movement mechanism, but the vessels have anti-backflow valves and tend to move through tissues that squeeze them (veins have a similar mechanism), promoting flow from the drained tissues to the veins that receive the drained fluid.
Oh, so they are pushed by the contraction of the body muscles, like the veins, right?
