I don't know about other animals but I know that cats can not stand just after birth.
It matters not how strait the gate
How charged with punishment the scroll

It's usually animals that are born into a harsh environment- ie being hunted from the moment they are born.

It's natural selection- those that can walk/run after birth are more likely to survive and reproduce.

It is about a coordination system between nervous system and muscular system.

This will shocks the lady. I could not imagine the sitution that after the baby just born and can walk toward her/his mum.
But the animal just born like the gazzel and moses just born, can walk and playing with their mum, hehehe.

He said that the mylin shealth will takes time to develop in our nervous systems so the development of the nervous system animal shoud be faster than human.

Maybe they've already done it while they're still in the womb of their mom...

It has to do with the development of the organism before, during, and after birth. Animals like sharks give birth to fully developed and mature sharks, albiet they are a lot smaller. Animals like humans give birth to partially developed babies. They still have some development to go after birth.

The idea behind giving birth to partially developed offspring rather than fully developed offspring is that to give birth to fully developed offspring requires a longer gestation period, and a larger chance of being attacked by predators. Shortening the gestation period, by giving birth to partially developed offspring reduces this chance of attack, while still giving the offspring a fighting chance to survive.
