I'm just saying(if he can't find a way to eliminate stop codons)..maybe because constructed,fused proteins are very useful.. Every man is a star whose light can make shadows dance differently and change our view of landscape permanently***
um, why not quickchange out the stop codon? Much easier than amber suppression
