Gene therapy to increase oxytocin production

I would like to know if it is possible to increase oxytocin production in the human brain using gene therapy. I would welcome any discussion on the finer points of such a procedure such as potential side effects, specific genes that could be targeted and the best methods for delivering said genes into neuronal tissue.
