Desert Biome! What is the topography of the land? (examples: mountains, plains, hills, valleys plateaus)
I know that all deserts have a lot of different topographies but are there like deserts in specific locations that have topographies based on that? I need like general topographies for this biome but when I try to research I'm not really finding anything. I need to like present this and I'm having trouble trying to figure out what to say about the topography. I could just say that these deserts have these topographies but I think I should make a general statement. Also, what are typical climax community vegetation highlighting plant adaptations which enable plants to survive in the biome (cite at least three examples)?
have sunken stomata
rolled up leaves usually have thorns instead of leaves have a waxy cuticle have hairy leaves long roots that spread over a large diameter and go down to great depths it isn't what you do that matters but it is how you do it
