White blood cells and Protein should not be in the urine of any healthy body.

1. White blood cells - The kidney in the body does not allow blood cells to pass into the urine and blood has no contact with urine in anyway. One explanation to the situation maybe that there is an infection in either the Kidney or Bladder. Being so, white blood cells would be present because of their job to combat microorganisms.

2. Protein - Protein also should not be in a anyones urine. unless there is, again, an infection that would damage protein filters.

Very small numbers of WBC's in a urine are normal. It is when the numbers are large that it needs treated. The protein in your urine could be from some mild dehydration. Dramatically increasing your water intake will resolve this. Only if the symptoms get dramatically worse do you need to return to your doctor. Increase your fluids and see if that helps with your symptoms.
