Since I can't find the Ethology topic on the list, then I post this here, sorry..

What's the difference between innate behaviour and Fixed Action Patterns (FAP)?
It seems like they both are just the same..
'A spider that spins its web', this belongs to innate behaviour or FAP?
always aim for the sky, for if you fail, at least you can reach the clouds..

Not positive, but I think that fixed action patterns are an aspect of innate behavior, and innate behavior is a wider category.
