With the reaction between SO2 and O2 to make SO3 does the equilibrium favour the reactants or products?

Im not sure how to find the answer with no Keq values, how would i know how to work this out?

You wouldn't, you also need a temperature since keq is dependent on it. This is a bad question and they probably want you to do some rough guesstimates for entropy and change in number of bonds for enthalpy and then guessing the deltaG from that.
