What is the most poisonous snake in da world?

I'm not very sure that the Inland Taipan is the most poisonous snake in the world though I voted it.
I heard that Belcheri/Belcher's Sea Snake is the most poisonous snake on Earth. The website use the DK'S ILLUSTRATED FAMILY
ENCYCLOPEDIA 2007 EDITION as the proof. It is said that it is 100 times more venomous that Taipan...
I really hope somone knows the exact answer.

Supposedly its venom is so poisonous that it kills a man in five seconds, but you can survive if you amputate the bitten limb immediately.

I'm pretty certain about this, because I heard that my friend's sister's aunt's hairdresser's dog read it from the Internet.

Just a thought on what I KNOW...

I've been an AVID ameteur herp fan for years, and if I had to choose ONE snake NOT to have to have two drops of it's venom enter my bloodstream, it would be the BOOMSLANG of Africa. As docile as they are, DROP FOR DROP, they are THE most poisonous snakes on the PLANET, not to mention the fact that they would probably cause one of if not THE most PAINFUL DEATHS that ANY snakebite could cause. Now, put the BOOMSLANG'S venom inside of a Russels Viper's body and brain, THEN THAT, my friends, would be THE DEADLIEST snake in the world. Do your research and you will find out the facts: DROP FOR DROP, THE BOOMSLANG HAS THE MOST POWERFUL VENOM OF ALL THE WORLD'S SNAKES. End of discussion.


side note: Also, it doesn't help that the only place that carries anti-venom for this species lies in Johannesburg. Get bitten far away from there, and you're pretty much TOAST.
