secret formula to put on weight

As you all might know most of the people these days are always trying to find new ways to lose weight but i have tried [without any success:cry: ] to find some ways or formulae to put on weight and to become fat.I did some net surfing too but the searches were not of much help to me.So i thought that someone from here might have done an assignment or anything related to it.If you have could you possibly help me?

Eat more sweats. Stuff your face with chocolate and ice-cream and watch TV all day.
They say in my country that if you exercise and then eat you will put on wieght. I never undrstood how this would work, i don't even know if it is true

When fat people starve themselves, their body goes into a conservation mode and actually burns less calories than if they're eating. So most nutritionists recommend not starving yourself when trying to lose weight. Incidentally if you want to increase your weight, then start eating 1-2 large meals a day and starving yourself in between.

Eat foods high in calories(fats/starches). The staples of the fattening diet are chocolate, dairy products(full cream milk, cheese), sweets, fried foods(potato chips and fried chicken). Foods to avoid are negative calorie foods such as celery(you actually burn more calories trying to digest it and chew it) and other fiberous veggies.

Another aspect to the high calorie diet is the glycemic index of foods. Basically when you eat carbohydrates, some are digested quickly and some are digested slower. As you know when blood sugar increases, the body starts to store the extra energy as fats. Thus you should eat easily digestable foods such as refined sugar, cotton candy as opposed to starchy potatoes and oatmeal.

Furthermore, here's a recipe for the sumo wrestler soup.

10 cups cold water
2 sheets of dried konbu (seaweed)
1/2 ounce bonito flakes (katsuobushi)
1/3 head of Chinese or white cabbage
2 Japanese leeks (white part only)
8 shiitake mushrooms
1/4 pound enoki mushrooms
1 bag shirataki noodles
1/4 pound bean sprouts
1 block tofu, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 pound chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 pound pork, thinly sliced
4 salmon steaks, cut into bite-sized pieces
8 scallops
8 to 10 cups dashi broth
2 teaspoons salt, or to taste
2 cups cooked rice
2 eggs
Soy sauce
Ponzu sauce (or light soy sauce mixed with
a little lemon juice and sugar)
Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;

:lol: yeah i know an Idea to put on your weight.
I had tried it on myself and it worked. JUST TAKE TWO BANANAS WITH A GLASS OF MILK EVERYDAY.
and theres a benifit you wont have to eat those nasty chocolates. :roll:

I must say that you are lucky coz it worked for you...none of them works for me :( ...may
be weight and myself don't go on very well...i've tried almost everything anyone said except Mithrilhack's recipe for sumo wrestler soup. :cry:

I have the same "problem". And I came to conclusion that it`s geneticaly determined. If you eat normaly your body just somehow burns food more rapidly than in other people and nothing goes into fat. You could try constatly overeating yourself but it`s not comfortably. Or maybe try going extensively into the gym.

Did by the way anyone see the movie "Dublesize me". It`s about a guy who ate only in McDonald`s for a hole month (3 meals a day). He gain I don`t remember exactly about 10 or so kilos and his cardiovascular system and hole life has gone to hell. :shock: You could try that but I highly don`t recomend it.

Lifestyle changes can also impact on your weight: for example, consuming lots of caffeine...and even smoking. Smokers find that when they quit they gain a few pounds even though they may not be eating to compensating for smoking- it's just that their metabolism has decreased without the nicotine...so I'd really refrain from the other suggestions- while they may be a fantastic way to gain weight temporarily, you're also gonna be predisposing yourself to heart disease etc, etc...so I'd go for increasing the amount of protein in your diet, because that combined with exercise will help you build more muscle. Super skinny people can be really, really lazy and have really poor diets and consequently as much muscle as an eleven year old boy. I wouldn't say increase your protein to something drastic like 80% of your food intake (because lets face it; it's expensive, boring, unrealistic and dangerous!)...so just eat more healthy protein. The carbs and protein in vegetarian combinations like lentils and rice and beans may help you. Also, exercise more- muscle tone looks nicer and is a much healthier weight to put on that fat. (also get a blood test- glucose, iron, B vitamins etc)

Ok, this is a highly unorthodox method, and in fact i don't think you should try it... I got a friend who actually "discovered" this method...

According to him, try and make yourself vomit on an empty stomach. By doing this, it's supposed to make your gastric juices more active and make you hungrier so you can eat more... This is meant for people who have low appetite...

Note that this is highly unorthodox, and almost untested... You can try it maybe once if you're desperate enough... Lol...
