lol you got to be 18 to do lots of things :shock:
Summer schedual/ gotta cram all chemo info and i have water polo practice 3 tiomes a day!!!!!!!..frick i nned some sleep!!

Yeah... you guys can also drive at 16, we can't...
But we can drink at 18, don't have to wait till 21 :P :P

Drinking has certain health benefits for people. Two drinks a day for a man and one drink a day for a woman is optimal as it helps reduce the risk of heart disease (it's one for a woman because more increases the risk of cervical cancer). I have yet to see any health benefits from smoking tobacco.

If you want to lose weight and succeed,you feel yourself good. I mean there is a psychological health benefit. ;)

Look at it this way: if you lose weight by unhealthy methods: smoking, simply not eating etc your body will be affected so you will be less healthy
