Hello, I try to do the bootstrap with phylip but I have a problem: I have a binary data and I can do the bootstrap with seqboot, then I use the outfile like infile for calculate the distance in gendist and I can't, there is an error, also if I use dnadist. What I have to do to create an NJ tree?
Thank you.
