Stubborn Fat

Postby chenrko420 » Thu Oct 02, 2008 3:06 am

I have been recently interested in stubborn fat after hearing about the Stubborn Fat Protocol designed by Lyle Mcdonald. I was wondering if there's any natural foods that can help the body target stubborn fat and whether green tea is effective or not in doing this.

I don't think there is actual a kind of fat called that. I think it's just in the context "Buy our product to get rid of stubborn fat!"

Keep in mind, advertisements don't have any obligation to honor factual reality.
