help me to edite my english paper please

Recently, I finished an English medicine paper. I want to mail the paper to Magazine to be published. But, I was been advised that the paper must be edit by native English speaker. As Chinese, I hope I can get help from you(native speaker).

Do I count as a native speaker? I've been speaking English since I was five, but French since I was three.
Generally speaking, the more people talk about "being saved," the further away they actually are from true salvation.

English is my first language.

Lol I can't you asking a bunch of random strangers here (most of which are still in school) to proof read your paper for a journal! It doesn't reflect well on you or the journal!
