How does Cyclic AMP increase Calcium ions concentration in cardiac muscle and decrease it in smooth muscle (and so the different effect of beta adrenergic stimulation)?

look for the signal transduction cascade beyond cAMP and find out what the effects will be.

The calcium ions are released from internal stores (sacroplasmic recticulum)
