FosilsHere is a new page about fosils.
This is a sea shell fosil scaned on the both two sides. Can any one to the rest of driwing to see the complete shell. I do not know how to draw. This belong to lamelibranchiata specus Cardium???? but i am not sure is it Cardium or not. Can any identify it? Thank you
I'm not sure if it is Cardium or not because Cardium has deeper carinas.
My guess is Lampsilis cardium It matters not how strait the gate

if you see carefully it has two holes (keys) on the corner where the shells are attached to each other. On the back side there are remainings of of lines which comes out from one pioint. They are found on the seashore that means are growing in salty water. the length is five cm and width 3 cm. anyway thank you for your help
This tooth is found in the archeological ruins in my town. There is na amphitheater here where the gladiators fought against each other but ostly they fought with animals. This amphitheater is built in 2nd century BC.
So can any one identyfy to what animal this tooth belong. Some said it is a wild boer sime to a carvorius or Feline animals. I am asking some one who is expert. Thank you
