Hi, could anyone tell me a protocol to deglycosylate oligo mannose units linked to aspargene moeities in a glycoprotein..without denaturing the protein. All my protocols I can put my hands on till now denature the protein and I hence cannot work with the deglycosylated protein anymore. Its like a nightmare now!!
