I dont know much about groud beetles, I had been opining all of them can just creep until this green little buddy flew in to my house one day. And he flew speedily... He gas attacked me when I caught him, it smell like ****. His name is Chleanius micans.

Uff-f-f-f! It is very strong name! but beetle from your pic not seems longhorn beetle - he has eyes not tipicaly for this family - it's not lake a sickle near the base of antenna. Evolution will arrange everything
