HOMEWORK HELPThe so-called "blue" (really a characol gray). Andalusian chicken is produced by a cross between the black and white varities. Only a single pair of alleles is involved. What color chickens (and in what proportions) would you expect if you crossed two blues? If you crossed a blue and a black? explain.

sairakhan19, if the problem says that the Andalusian chicken (blue variety) is produced by a cross between the white variety and the black variety and that only a single pair of alleles is involved, don't you think that it could be a case of intermediate heredity? AA - White BB - Black AB - Blue Now, as canalon says, do the Punnet squares. They are very simple (there is only a set of two alleles). I hope I've solved your doubt... ![]() ![]() ![]()
