Salty tears?Hey guys, I want to ask you all why does the tears of human taste a bit salty? Is it because the tears inside contain salt??
Thanks. =)

I found this before you
Tear fluid contains water, mucin, lipids, lysozyme, lactoferrin, lipocalin, lacritin, immunoglobulins, glucose, urea, sodium, and potassium. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tears#Types_of_tears
Tears should also contain both sodium and chloride.
