FOR EXAM... cloning

Hi i im 3rd year molecular genetics student and need step by step guides on the following things, i have searched the web and books and cannot find any information on the topics, please help me, im stressing out..

1) cloning from a pure protein
2) cloning by homology
3) cloning by regulated expression
4) cloning by protein interactions

Any guides on any of these topics or pointers as to where i could go to learn about them would be fantastic, my exam in 6 days, help!!
