Postby CALLAN » Thu May 12, 2005 4:55 pm

Hi i im 3rd year molecular genetics student and need step by step guides on the following things, i have searched the web and books and cannot find any information on the topics, please help me, im stressing out..

1) cloning from a pure protein
2) cloning by homology
3) cloning by regulated expression
4) cloning by protein interactions

Any guides on any of these topics or pointers as to where i could go to learn about them would be fantastic, my exam in 6 days, help!!

Hope it’s not too late:
From protein to gene: http://escience.ws/b572/L15/L15.htm
Homology cloning: Detailed in this book- Current Protocols in Neuroscience.
It seems, as these “Current Protocols” Should have all these techniques…
