Need help generating Dendogram from NTSYSpc

Postby Helder » Thu Nov 02, 2006 8:04 pm

Hi guys;
I'm quite new here so sorry if I break any rule on my first post.
I've collected some data from a PCR analysis using 2 markers (817 , 880) for an ISSR paper about 4 tree species, the paper requires a dendogram for analysing genetic distances off the 4 tree species, however I'm not skilled enought to generate that kind of data.
If someone could please be so kind as to get the data from the attachment and compute it for me and please send me the dendogram based on UPGMA cluster analysis, I would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

(sorry for my bad english)

PS: By the way, whats the main difference between SSR's and ISSR's.
Thanks once again.
