How many bed blood cells can be in the human body at any one time?

Erythrocytes lose their nucleus when they become mature.
I couldn't exactly get your second question.

he means how many RBC are there in the human body. a rough aproximation is 5 milion/cubic mm, and the body has ~5 litres of blood. do the math!
